Hydraulic Press Brake is a piece of equipment for bending sheet metal into various shapes in steel construction. The sheet metal bending process works by using a punch and die that are set at predetermined angles to bend or cut metal into a variety of shapes and forms.
The material thickness value is squared, multiplied by 575, divided by the die-opening width inch value and then divided again by 12 inches. The tonnage per inch is now calculated. You can then multiply the value by the bend length.
When there is a 100 ton press brake for sale or 250 ton press brake for sale, we found problems during the usage, that there isn’t pressure in the hydraulic system for traditional press brakes.
Cause of the hydraulic press brake problem:
This problem usually occurs for two reasons, which for acting hydraulic sheet metal brake as follows:
- The orifice and the core of the valve are blocked.
- The piston seal on the cylinder leaks.
This issue commonly consists of two reasons:
- The connecting screw and pipe connector are loose.
- The seal is bad.
How to fix this issue:
The most common fixes to this issue are:
- Tighten the screw and connecter.
- Replace the seal.
