NC press brake machine (WC67Y/K series)  adopts the mechanical synchronous way to deliver 2-axis sheet metal bending from 40T to 800+ tons.

  • Mechanical Torsion Shaft Synchronization: Dual hydraulic cylinders drive the ram down, while a heavy-duty torsion bar links both rams to force synchronized up-and-down movement for consistent bending angles.
  • 2-Axis Movement (Y & X):
    • Y-Axis (Down Movement): Controls stroke depth to set bend angles, with manually adjustable slide stroke limits.
    • X-Axis (Back Gauge): Motorized gauge behind the worktable to set accurate flange lengths before pressing.
  • Wedge-Type Clamp Compensation: Counteracts deflection under high tonnage to maintain high bending accuracy along the full worktable.
