LVD press brake tooling is a leading bending tool for LVD strippit press brakes, we custom made a comprehensive punch and dies, and European LVD tooling. This CNC punch press tooling includes punches, dies, adapters, accessories for common bends. It supports segmented, solid length, and half-length sizes. we have a wide range of LVD press brake punch and die selections. With advanced designs, LVD tooling can deliver a quick, easy, and flexible job.

LVD press brake tooling supports a leading innovative level with top-quality bends. LVD Bending Machine has a progressive radius V-dies on both sides of the V opening. It can reduce the friction between the material and press brake dies. This unique design reduces the friction between the material and the die. It can ensure an accurate bend angle during the entire bending length. It has wear resistance and durable feathers for a long time usage life.

The clamp system supports a flexible quick change for hydraulic & CNC LVD press brakes. our LVD bending machine can meet all tool automation with intelligent software. We offer full lines of standard LVD and special tooling upon your request. Should you have any inquiries, please contact us for a custom-made press brake tooling and bending solutions.

            FAQ- Frequently asked questions

Bend lines are reference points for calculating the extended length and creating bend geometry. and You can control the precision for sheet metal bend lines.

Offset dies are designed to form two bends with one stroke. The measurement is needed as the in-to-out dimension from one plane to another. Talk to an engineer at JSTMT to discuss the application and required tonnages.

It depends on the type of lower die. An acute die is measured from center radius to center radius. A 90 or 85 degree die is measured from the theoretical intersection to theoretical intersection. Talk to an engineer at JSTMT for more press brake tooling details.

On a punch it is from the tools shoulders down to the tip of its radius. (Does not include the tools tongue) On a die it is from the tools base up to the top of the die (does not include tools tongue). Check with Power Brake Dies for more press brake tooling details.

The material thickness value is squared, multiplied by 575, divided by the die-opening width inch value and then divided again by 12 inches. The tonnage per inch is now calculated. You can then multiply the value by the bend length.
