Pre-Sales Service

Quotation-Visiting-Solutions

Jadestone Machine has been a professional expert in the manufacturing of metal sheet machinery for over a decade.

A great number of engineers and technicians are in charge of R&D, design, and technical support. We also have a professional sales team to serve you.

A quotation and drawings are submitted after getting an inquiry; And upon receiving feedback and a visiting schedule, all customized cutting and bending solutions for different customers will be presented.

Service during Sales 

Invoice-Payment-Processing

The final model or technical data will be confirmed by both parties before the order.

A Proforma Invoice (contract) is made for the final signature and customer’s payment. Order scheduled and starting on the mass production. and quality inspection will be processed for each stage.

After the cargo is completed and packed in the standard package. A shipping notice will be sent to the customer. In addition, pictures and videos are provided.

After-sales Service

Foundation drawing will be sent in advance to prepare sufficient electric power at the customer’s workshop.

Shipments dispatch to customer’s workshop (Product Finish-testing-dispatch-Custom-Sea Voyage).

 Installation-Commission-Training

Machine installation and commissioning mainly include plant layout design, assembling and installation, machine running, and local Team training.

Cost: 2 technicians will be sent for installation (one for machine installation and running, and one for electrical engineering). Clients provide all costs including round-air tickets, local transport, boarding, and lodging.

Quality Assurance

 Warranty : 12 months warranty since the dispatch date. and the whole life service provided. Besides, we provide 24 hours online for customer service.

During the warranty period, we will replace the parts for repair and maintenance for free due to the quality problems.

If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the customer, the customer should be responsible for all the costs.
