Colly Press Brake Tooling is a folding tool for sheet metal bending manufacturers, and we offer European punch and dies for Amada, Colly, Wilson, Trumpf. Colly brake tooling has a feather with fewer setup times & more flexibility. and it can improve the tool life and mass productivity, efficiency, and reliability.

Colly Style tooling can form a sheet metal shape with a desired angle. It includes an expansive of punches, dies, & accessories, available in segmented, full-length sizes. It can change the physical state of metal sheets to achieve various shape processing. It uses precision press brakes pressure to stamp a blank into a particular shape and size. and the length can be an option with segmented standard 835mm,800mm, or full length.

Colly Press Brake has a wide variety of tools, along with the machine’s tonnage & product flexibility. we are not only in the design of special dies but can provide complete lines of tools for auto bending centers. All our tools are fully ground and hardened at 48-51 HRC with a matching tolerance of 0.01 mm. The heat treatment is according to the different needs of durability and strength. we can advise our customers of the most advanced technical solution to their budget.

          Crowning System

To keep the bend angle consistent over the full length of the part, a press brake needs a crowning system, either in the beam, or in the table.

Crowning keeps things straight on the sheet metal press brake

                FAQ- Frequently asked questions

Bend lines are reference points for calculating the extended length and creating bend geometry. and You can control the precision for sheet metal bend lines.

Offset dies are designed to form two bends with one stroke. The measurement is needed as the in-to-out dimension from one plane to another. Talk to an engineer at JSTMT to discuss the application and required tonnages.

It depends on the type of lower die. An acute die is measured from center radius to center radius. A 90 or 85 degree die is measured from the theoretical intersection to theoretical intersection. Talk to an engineer at JSTMT for more press brake tooling details.

On a punch it is from the tools shoulders down to the tip of its radius. (Does not include the tools tongue) On a die it is from the tools base up to the top of the die (does not include tools tongue). Check with Power Brake Dies for more press brake tooling details.

The material thickness value is squared, multiplied by 575, divided by the die-opening width inch value and then divided again by 12 inches. The tonnage per inch is now calculated. You can then multiply the value by the bend length.
