Answer:  12 months for the machine, Spare parts are based on the usage frequency.

Question: Do you provide a solution for the custom machines?
Answer: Yes, a custom solution for the machine and tools is our feathers for customers.

Question: Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Answer: Yes, after service covered including installation, commission, training at customers’ request.

Question: Can you arrange shipment?
Answer： Yes, EXW, FOB, and CFR, CIF shipments according to a designated port.

Question: What is your delivery time?
Answer:  20-25 days for normal machinery and tools.

Question: What is your Payment Term?
Answer:   30%T/T advance for the machine, and 50% advance for Tools.
